Junior Technical Support Analyst

Job description

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Junior Technical Support Analyst to join our team.

Main activities and responsibilities

Troubleshooting Windows and MS Office. Support for local and network printers. Support for certain enterprise applications (SAP, etc.). End user support. Hardware setup, imaging, deployment and troubleshooting. Service Now and SCCM. Hands and feet support for other remote Infosys teams.

Required Qualifications

Advanced English. Experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office. Experience with printing and file-sharing services. Experience with hardware repair.
