Senior Sales Operations Specialist (f/m/div)

Job description

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will drive efficiency by optimizing and automating scalable sales processes. You will also support key operational tasks such as RfQ handling, Account Clearing, and Sample Ordering, enabling smooth internal workflows and timely support for customer projects.

• Support Sales Operations tasks, including RfQ handling, Account Clearing, Sample Ordering, etc, to support seamless sales operations and ensure accurate and timely execution
• Support in executing sales planning for selected business units
• Drive the optimization and automation of sales-related processes, enabling efficiency and scalability across the sales organization
• Develop and enhance tools using Excel, Tableau, and Infineon internal platforms to streamline workflows and improve data visualization and accessibility
• Analyze, adapt, and customize data reporting to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with client processes and objectives
• Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, implementing innovative solutions, and aligning with cross-functional teams to sustain continuous improvement
• Collaborate with sales teams to validate and refine process and tool enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals You have a passion for sales operations, with a structured and strong business mindset.

A degree in business administration, industrial or electronics engineering or a related field At least

• 3 years of experience in sales, purchasing or on other position involving close customer contact (ideally in the automotive or semiconductor industry and in a big global acting company)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced mode), Tableau (or Power BI), SAP and database programs Experience with automation tools (ABBYY, DocuClipper, UiPath) is a plus Have excellent analytical skills and are able to work with complex data Have a technical understanding as well as in-depth commercial and communication skills Have good proficiency in English (German would be a plus) We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
