Job description

Arranging meeting and workshop Assisting with travel policy and visa application consultations Monitoring the status of purchase request workflows and recording delivery time and receipt of goods Assisting with activating share folder access right and maintaining distribution list Assisting with internal personal information data maintenance Managing stockroom inventory and recording incoming and outgoing goods Supporting the other ad-hoc tasks assigned Bachelor Degree or above

• Present at least 4 days per week Internship can maintain about 6 months
• Ability to work independently
