• Assist with daily Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) activities and basic transactions.
• Help organize contracts, billing information, and other related documents.
• Support the team in tracking tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments, such as Finance, Project Management, and Delivery.
• Help prepare and update process documents and training materials.
• Assist in gathering information and resolving basic transaction issues.
• Help maintain accurate records and ensure documents follow company guidelines.
• Support audit preparation and other team activities as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team. Required technical and professional expertise
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to speak Chinese/ Mandarin.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Willing and able to work onsite.
• Available for a 6-month internship.
