No Reports To: VP Fund Service Transfer Agency Job Contents

• Ensure effective and correct operation of TA activities.
• Foster positive client relationships.
• Problem solving on system or operation procedures. Improve standard of service and operation efficiency.
• Safeguards the Bank from potential loss.
• Ensure staff to receive adequate and sufficient training and development opportunity.

Skills

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with major of business related.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SITEs Transfer Agency operations and systems.
• Good command of English both in writing and speaking.
• Good communication and management skills.
• GPAD covered.

License/Qualification Requirement

• 信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3)
