- 公文調閱、扣押作業審核處理
- 個人戶之餘額證明案件處理
- 二代健保、平帳&票交開關戶報送/票交拒往
- 確保每日之作業正確率及Service Level Agreement
- 確保案件內容與系統資料相符及文件詢問與回覆
- 協助案件查詢進度及解決問題以提供更好的服務予前台同仁 Skills Requirements * 具備良好客戶服務與溝通能力 * 具責任感 * 具正確度 * 積極學習進取態度 * 熟悉MS office文書軟體為佳 (如:Word、Excel、Power Point…等) * 中/英打每分鐘40字為佳 License/Qualification Requirement * No requirement license
