Intern - Embedded Systems

Job description

In this role, you will impact project success by assisting in feature creation, problem resolution, and defect management within embedded systems development.

Responsibilities

Develop software using C, C++, and Linux Bash scripting. Interpret hardware to understand and support firmware development. Read and analyze project requirements. Work with communication protocols such as UART, I2C, and SERIAL. Receive requirements to create new features and assist in troubleshooting and defect resolution. Collaborate on projects involving thermostats, fire alarms, and fire panels.

Qualifications

Knowledge in embedded systems development with C, C++, and Linux Bash. Understanding of hardware concepts to interpret firmware.

Experience or familiarity with communication protocols

UART, I2C, SERIAL. Advanced English proficiency. Interest or background in Electronics or Mechatronics. Knowledge in RTOS Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Passion for embedded systems and firmware development. Ability to read and understand technical requirements. Motivation to learn and work in a dynamic environment. Advanced English #LI-Hybrid
