Job description

Responsibilities 協助執行精實生產 (Lean) 導入專案，參與產線平衡分析、數據統計與良率改善追蹤。配合團隊制訂 OKRs 經營指標，支援工廠成本運營管理與投資效益 (ROI) 數據彙整。參與業務流程稽核與品質管理工具 (PPAP/APQP) 的文件準備，學習大規模製造的效率化管理。 Assist in Lean projects and participate in line balancing analysis, data statistics, and yield tracking. Support the team in setting OKRs and compiling data for factory cost management and ROI evaluations. Participate in process audits and the preparation of QM documents (PPAP/APQP).

Requirements 具備工業工程或品質管理工具基礎知識；具備優異的數據洞察力，對產線優化實務與製程大數據分析具備濃厚學習動機。 Foundation in industrial engineering or QM tools. Excellent data insight and highly motivated to learn production line optimization and manufacturing big data.
