Responsibilities
- Execute thermal design of air cooling and liquid cooling solutions.
- Communicate with internal and external department to solve issues and make sure can meet target on time:- Excellent teamwork and communication (verbal and writing) skill- Systematically & logically thinking and do support management
- Thermal & acoustic & mechanical solution consulting & designing- Thermal simulation, thermal and acoustic test- Cooler design, heat sink, cold plate, CDU, heat pipe, Fans and so on.- Vendor management- New technology study
Requirements
- 熟Creo繪圖軟體
- 熟FloTHERM或6SIgmaET模擬軟體
- 熟悉熱力學,熱傳學及電腦架構
- 熟悉前期熱設計的計算及評價
- Thermal solution for high power densityespecially rack level solution or direct tochip liquid cooling
- Immersion cooling integration for AI server
