Responsibilities
- 統籌專案時程、資源與目標，確保專案如期交付
- 作為客戶與內部技術、供應鏈、品保等部門間的主要溝通橋樑
- 管理專案風險，制定預防與應變計畫
- 監控專案KPI（成本、時程、品質、量產 readiness）並定期報告
- 推動跨功能團隊協作，落實設計導入（NPI）與量產轉移 Requirements
- 本科含以上學歷，電子/電機/資工/機械/工工等理工專業尤佳。
- 具備15年以上 ICT 開發與專案管理經驗，具備Server 產品開發跟製造經驗者尤佳。
- 英文能力佳，能直接與外國團隊、客戶口語交流。
