Responsibilities
- 負責Modular Data Center 生產管理，確保生產效率、良率與交期達標。
- 規劃生產計畫與資源調度，推動精實生產、自動化技術應用，優化產線運作。
- 監督新產品導入（NPI）與工程變更（ECN），確保順利轉量產並持續優化製程。
- 管理生產KPI與異常處理，執行持續改善計畫，提升 品質與生產效能。
- 帶領團隊並與跨部門協作，確保生產順暢，推動組織成長與人才培養。 Requirements
- 本科含以上學歷，電子/電機/資工/工工科系尤佳。
- 具備15年以上 ICT 製造經驗，熟悉Server 製造或組裝測試經驗者佳。
管理規模經驗
- 1,000人以上
- 日語或英文能力佳，能直接與外國團隊、客戶口語交流
