Responsibilities
- SIP Process全流程業務和線體搭建；
- SIP Process全流程制程分析及工藝指標管控；
- Molding材料工藝流程應用及生產指標管控;
- Molding模具的設計及模流分析;
- SIP專案日常工作統籌;
- 階段性工作彙報.
Requirements
1.15年及以上Molding全流程工作經驗,熟悉行業SIP(System in Package)流程； 2.熟悉Molding/Spray Coating工站設備工作原理，具備FA能力，且能制定系統性的改善措施； 3.具備項目統籌能力，有大局觀，能以結果為導向； 4.具備Molding模具設計原理,模流分析,EMC材料基本知識 5.英文聽,說,讀,寫能力好，能夠英文有效溝通 ；
