- TN廠區各部門人力標準配置制定及精實推動等機制建立
- TN人力成本管理方法的引入和推廣
- TN 應知應會體系建置與 IE技能培訓
- TN 工業手機推動 Requirements
- 具備消費性電子相關產業工作經驗2年及以上,手機類優先
- 具備專案管理能力，規劃能力及組織能力強者優先
- 具有系統規劃與設計工作經驗者優先
- 具備現場制程分析改善的經驗優先
- 思維敏捷、邏輯能力強，具備良好的協調溝通能力
- 抗壓能力強，英語能夠作為工作語言使用
