Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

• Oversee banquet, meeting, and event service operations
• Lead and guide team members during service
• Train and support staff development
• Maintain service quality standards
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues
• Work closely with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling and staffing
• Support efficient operations with cost awareness

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum
• 2 years of banquet experience in a 4–5 star hotel
• Knowledge of F&B and banquet operations Basic English communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills Guest-focused with a positive attitude Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
