Contract Senior Accountant (12-month)

Job description

Responsibilities

Expense Operations & Accounting

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of Concur Expense and local expenses claims
• Perform monthly T&E accruals and variance analyses related to corporate travel and entertainment expenses
• Ensure all expense reports comply with company policy Concur Project Leadership

Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end Concur project, establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Process Optimization

• Review current expense policies, workflows, and approval hierarchies; redesign them in Concur to maximize automation, compliance, and user experience.

Testing & Validation

• Define testing strategies, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve configuration defects, and ensure seamless data flow between Concur and SAP.

Change Management & Training

• Develop training materials, host workshops, and act as the primary change agent for employees and managers transitioning to new Concur workflows.

Perform others ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in SAP Concur, experience in managing the Concur project is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required
