Partner & Client Services Officer – Belgian market

Job description

In this role, you will participate in the relationship and administrative management of daily operations on contracts of Belgian, German and Dutch residents.

More specifically, you will : Be the privileged point of contact of our partners and clients (such as brokers, asset managers and banks) during the whole life of a contract; Handle phone calls related to requests and questions from partners and clients about current operations; Build a strong professional relationship with our partners; Deal with daily contracts administration from A to Z on any transactions (new business, surrenders, switches,…); Work on dedicated and external funds; Process complex and non-standard operations; Liaise with our internal services, such as AML, KYC Office, Assets

Controlling, Wealth planning, Accounting, Sales etc. to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our operations; Collect, identify and formalize partners or clients’ requests while being proactive and offering solutions; Deal with digital processes and help achieving their constant improvement; Actively participate in projects in line with our strategy, such as process and quality improvement, database analysis, etc.

Qualifications

Minimum BAC +3 (economics, management and/or financial orientation or equivalent); Experience in a similar position, ideally in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage; Deep knowledge of the LPS business is a clear advantage; Fluency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken; Very strong customer orientation; Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity; Excellent organizational skills; Rigorous, structured and reliable; Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
