Tax Lead (8-mont contract)

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare/review tax declaration Review month-end & year-end closing entries booking Review tax data & related party transactions as per global requirements. Direct the team to provide and review data/information before providing it to tax inspectors/tax auditors. Review data/documents for tax audit Assist Head of Tax in face-to-face defense during tax audits. Provide Head of Tax regarding strategy for tax audits. Review documents/letters to tax authorities in case of appealing or seeking advice.

Read, analyze and highlight to Head of Tax the impact of new laws & regulations Conduct training for the whole team under instructions of managers Highlight tax risks to users upon reviewing contracts/documents Other assigned tax tasks by Head of Tax.

Requirements

- Qualification: University degree Accounting background (ACCA/CPA is preferred) - Experience/skills: At least 4-5 years tax experience specialized in corporate taxes, prefer Big4 Good English - IELTS 6.5 Communicating and Influencing: convey the ideas to business partners Effective decision-making: sound judgment and reasoning to come to the right solution and make sure they are implemented.
