Job Purpose

Lead the strategy, planning, development and governance of POSM solutions across brands and channels, translating commercial priorities and consumer/customer needs into effective, innovative and scalable POSM solutions. The role acts as the functional expert and product owner for POSM, partnering with Brands, Channels, Sales and external partners to manage the full product lifecycle - from business brief, concept and design through prototyping, market testing, standardization and post-evaluation - ensuring POSM investments deliver strong commercial impact, execution feasibility and cost efficiency.

Job Descriptions Key Activities Lead POSM strategy and annual planning across ON/OFF Trade, translating Brand, Channel and Sales priorities into a clear POSM portfolio, roadmap and investment requirements. Act as the POSM functional expert and strategic partner to Brands and Channels, contributing to Customer Value Proposition / Total Value Proposition and recommending the right POSM solutions to drive visibility, conversion and consumer experience.

Lead end-to-end POS product development from business brief, ideation and concept/design through vendor development, prototype, field test, evaluation and approval for mass production. Drive POSM innovation by proactively identifying new formats, materials, technologies and solutions together with Brands, Channels, vendors and external partners Establish and govern POSM standards and portfolio architecture, including specifications, design principles, materials, cost benchmarks, quality requirements and approved solution library.

Lead business case, cost and value assessment for new and existing POS solutions; work with Procurement and vendors to optimize design-to-value without compromising commercial objectives. Own testing and post-evaluation of key POSM initiatives, gathering feedback from Sales, outlets and consumers and using learnings to improve, discontinue or scale solutions. Partner closely with Operation Hub and WH &T to ensure solutions are designed for execution, considering production, logistics, deployment, maintenance and field practicality from the planning stage.

Build and maintain POSM performance data, innovation library and key learnings, providing insights into future planning and cross-functional business reviews.

Position profile Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields Language(s): Strong proficiency with spoken and written English Experience / skills required: Minimum 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, POSM management, sales operations, channel management, or commercial planning within FMCG / Beverage. Strong in Strategic Planning & Business Acumen, proven ability of trade marketing management frameworks (planning -> deployment -> execution -> tracking -> evaluation).

Strong Leadership & Influence, proven ability of driving cross functional coordination (sales teams, brand teams, procurement, finance, supply chain, and vendors) Solid understanding of route-to-market, outlet segmentation, channel strategy, and in-store visibility execution. Familiarity with asset/POSM tracking systems, digital workflow tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms. Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
