What you'll own

Manage end-to-end utility billing using technology platforms to produce accurate, on-time monthly resident bills. Ensure all required billing inputs are complete to maximize client revenue recovery. Analyze billing outputs, variance reports, and datasets; collaborate with clients to validate and finalize utility statements. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver timely prebills, secure approvals, and meet billing timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate across the Utility Team and develop expert knowledge of billing systems to drive efficient processing.

What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues through critical thinking. Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms and utility billing concepts, including flexibility for overtime as needed.
