Who is ADAS? ADAS Solutions is proudly an Australian owned and operated company providing advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and electric vehicle (EV) solutions for the automotive industry. What's the role? Our Osborne Park Calibration Centre is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract . This role will serve as the central link between customers, technicians, and workshop operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate administration, and a high standard of customer service.

Your key responsibilities include: Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes Coordinating technician schedules Providing clear and timely job updates Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning Maintaining accurate data and administrative records Is this you? We're seeking a proactive and professional individual who brings: Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded) A confident and professional phone manner Strong organisational and problem-solving skills High accuracy in data entry and administration Solid Microsoft Office skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Why join ADAS?
