Group Talent Management Internship

Job description

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Group Talent Management team . This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Group Talent Management, working in an international environment and supporting initiatives that help identify, develop and accelerate people across the organization.

The intern will support the team in: Contributing to key Talent Management processes across the Group, including Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Talent KPIs and Strategic Sourcing activities Preparing data analysis, reports and presentations on key populations, such as senior leaders and high-potential profiles, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outputs Supporting the organization and preparation of meetings and working sessions with the Global HR Community Contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives focused on people development, career acceleration and engagement Collaborating with different stakeholders across countries and functions, gaining exposure to a global and dynamic HR environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Social Sciences, Economics or a related field Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel Excellent proficiency in English Analytical skills and attention to detail Soft skills: We are looking for someone who is: Curious, eager to learn and open to feedback Proactive, hands-on and willing to take ownership Ready to challenge themselves and go the extra mile when needed A positive team player, able to build good relationships with different stakeholders
