Responsibilities for this Position Planner Production Control US-AL-Mobile Job ID: 2026-19308 Type: Full-Time # of Openings: 3 Category: Planning Austal USA Overview Electric Boat - is seeking Production Planners who are ready to work in a fast paced production environment performing planning and production control functions in support of Austal operations departments. Candidates must be highly motivated,self-starters who aretask oriented andable to prioritize multiple tasks.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Monitoring construction schedules Controlling work orders/packages (plan ERs, MEPs, NCR, fixtures, consumables material, production material, etc.) Assisting Operation Supervisors in identifying and prioritizing shop/work cell capacity Collecting and reporting status of job progress (agendas) Reporting close-out/completion of jobs Maintaining electronic work package status Performing tactical problem solving This role is located in Austal, AL.

• Bachelors Degreestronglypreferred Planning experience in a manufacturing environment A working knowledge of Material Requirements Planning principles and systems awareness of EWP/PCM/ APICS involvement
