Overview At Gallagher, we’re looking for an AI Engineer to be the first point of contact for supporting our AI systems. You’ll work with business and technical users to troubleshoot issues, monitor system health, and ensure our AI tools run smoothly. Reporting to the AI Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping users get the most out of our AI solutions while contributing to a culture of collaboration and innovation. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll manage incoming tickets and emails, resolving issues related to AI agents, Copilot Studio, and other AI systems. You’ll troubleshoot problems, answer user questions, and escalate complex issues to developers when needed. You’ll also monitor the health of deployed AI systems, flagging any issues before they escalate. By reaching out directly to users, you’ll clarify problems, confirm fixes, and ensure a smooth support experience. You’ll help maintain documentation and identify recurring issues, contributing to long-term improvements. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: Experience: 1–3 years in technical support, help desk, or service desk work, ideally supporting business software or systems. Problem-solving skills: You’ll work through issues methodically and know when to escalate. Communication skills: You’ll explain technical issues clearly to both business users and technical staff. Organisation: You’ll keep track of multiple tickets and priorities without letting anything slip. Customer focus: You’ll proactively reach out to users to clarify issues and confirm fixes. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot Studio and monitoring platforms like Azure Monitor will be helpful. This role requires working US business hours/US shift, and candidates must be willing and able to work according to the assigned US time zone schedule. #LI-Hybrid
