• Participate in research and development of operations process and/or machinery - responsible for recruitment in selecting the most qualified/suitable candidates

Relevant accreditation or tertiery qualification Experience

• - 10 years at a 5-star hotel - 5 years managerial experience Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic FandB knowledge
• Alert with FandB operating supplies related trends
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Training experience is compulsory

Computer literate Others

• Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Team player
