Position Summary

Serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner in order to meet and exceed customers’ needs and business requirements. Ensure adherence to service standards and operating procedures established. Ensure excellent customer experience and service to maximize revenue.

Primary Responsibility

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques Clear tables during service, control guest checks and secure proper payment using prescribed cash handling procedures
• Utilize prescribed cash handling procedures to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence
• Ensure station and table set up are completed and performed various side duties as assigned
• Perform any job duties assigned by Supervisors Requirements Related hospitality training preferred but not essential Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers Minimum
• 1 years of relevant experience in similar role Fluency in Cantonese.

Knowledge of English and Mandarin will be an advantage
