Skills

SAP SRM Experience: 5-7 Years Work Mode: Hybrid Shift: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST Work Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai Responsibilities Provide AMS support, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery for SAP SRM. Configure and support SRM procurement scenarios including Self-Service Procurement, Classic, and Extended Classic. Manage SRM-MM integration, Middleware, ALE/IDoc, and master data replication (Material, Vendor, HR).

Configure workflows, organizational structures, catalogs, and contracts. Prepare functional specifications, support testing, deployments, and change requests. Use ServiceNow (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management. Independently interact with clients and support business users.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP SRM AMS and enhancement/support projects. Expertise in SRM configuration, workflows, and SRM-MM integration. Experience in Classic and Extended Classic scenarios. Knowledge of Material, Vendor, and HR master data replication. Experience with SAP Portal and Organizational Structure setup. Strong experience in incident, service request, and change management. Good communication, client-facing, and troubleshooting skills.
