Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is a national manufacturer and distributor of automobiles and automotive service parts headquartered in Oakville, Ontario and is an integral part of the international Ford Motor Company organization. Paris, ON Work Model: 5 days in office per week

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

• Assist with processing of new part set up and associated part attribute coding
• Assist with Supplier Ship
• Direct reporting and follow up
• Assist with SAP Past Due follow up and alerts as required for vacation coverage
• Assist in supporting all matters related to parts supply which may include: order processing parameters such as freezes / weekly order quantities, work instruction updates, and backorder reviews Other administrative support and projects as required

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress. Even better you'll have... Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bilingual in French and English For Undergraduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.12 For Graduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $31.72 - $34.89.
