Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.

Marketing and developing Life and Investment service offerings to existing IFA portfolio and in time bring additional IFAs onboard. Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth. Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations to IFAs. Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.

Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.

Key Skills

IFA Relationship Management Financial Services & Long-Term Risk Insurance Adviser Distribution Business Development Relationship Management Sales & Negotiation Product Presentations & Training Product & Quote Analysis Underwriting Engagement

• Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills Commercial and sales acumen Client-centric approach
• Strong attention to detail Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Willingness to travel locally Technical understanding of the advisor process in the insurance industry

Minimum Requirements

Matric NQF 5 qualification 3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment
