Escrow Team Lead - Remote ID 2026-3316 Job Locations US Category Mortgage Servicing Type Full Time Overview We are seeking to fill the role of Escrow Support Specialist. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Ensure escrow area functions for mortgage servicing portfolio loans are performed promptly and correctly, monitor reports, perform various area functions, etc.
- Monitor escrow area vendors and activities closely through reviewing reports, including open items, interactions with staff, etc.
- Issue accurate Dashboard/SLA reports promptly; ensure metrics meet/exceed escrow area goals each month
- Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly; brief management on resolved items and accomplishments as appropriate
- Provide training for Escrow Department staff; promote mentoring and a best practices concept within the area
