Mortgage Claims Supervisor - Remote ID 2026-3315 Job Locations US Category Mortgage Servicing Type Full Time Overview We are seeking to fill the role of Claims Supervisor. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with clients, industry partners and internal teams to maximize outcomes for homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the activities of the Claims Department to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, investor guidelines, and applicable state/federal laws and regulations.
- Enhance staff performance through goal setting, training, and coaching when applicable.
- Monitor internal/external audit findings to ensure claims are filed in accordance with investor/agency/insurer requirements.
- Participate in the implementation/development of procedures to increase efficiency; adjust to required changes when necessary.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly loan status in preparation of client calls as required/scheduled.
