This role requires advanced problem-solving skills to analyze intricate loan scenarios, develop effective solutions, and drive cases to completion with minimal supervision.

The specialist serves as a key liaison, engaging in strategic communication with business leaders and stakeholders to secure alignment and transparency throughout the remediation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loan remediation pipeline by tracking, prioritizing, and updating all assigned cases to ensure accurate status reporting and timely resolution of complex remediation scenarios.
• Collect, verify, and image all required documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Perform timely follow-ups with internal teams and third-party vendors to obtain necessary documentation and remediate outstanding issues.
• Validate borrower information, loan terms, and remediation actions to ensure accuracy prior to finalizing updates or decisions.
• Review loan files for completeness and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
