Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, counsel and develop assigned staff
• Oversee the ongoing performance of vendor operations while making decisions and providing resolutions to ensure the compliance of property inspections, hazard claim filings for damaged properties, vacant property registrations, city ordinances/code violations, and evictions within applicable federal, state, agency, investor, and insurer guidelines
• Serve as main point of contact for field asset vendor-related questions, inquiries, and concerns
• Ensure vendor issues and inquiries are resolved
• Prepare data/reports for trending/tracking to management as needed
