Responsibilities

Track and Trace shipments. Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation- including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents. Accurate and timely data entry into our operating system. Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other Expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone, instant message, and person to person. Accurate and timely client billing.

Contribute to maintaining strong service provider relationships- airlines, trucking companies, and others. Maintain compliance standards at all times- including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations, and customer requirements.

Relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Fluent in both Swedish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills
