Duties

Conduct calls to candidates, and ensure their attendance to the interview and the training; Work with the candidate database, update and follow each candidate status via make call logs and keep accurate records on the information collected during the calls; Present and explain the benefits offered by the company and advantage of working with the company; Listen to candidates needs and tailor pitch accordingly; Follow up with potential candidates who require additional information; Stay updated on company news; Remain informed about the latest updates within the company; Collaborate with the HR team to achieve overall candidates’ attraction goals.

Qualifications

Unfinished higher education Professional Working

• Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven High energy, positive mindset
• Ability to guide the candidates through the job offer
• Ability to boost candidates’ interest in the job
