Technical Business Analyst – AI & Automation Solutions

Job description

What you’ll do

• Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (small-medium scale)
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements Actively address issues; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed
• Lead production deployment planning
• Perform system validation
• Assist internal stakeholders with ongoing support for applications What experience you need BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field 2-5 years of related experience Experience supporting multiple projects and/or teams in a matrix environment
• Proven ability to manage a project end to end with multiple stakeholder engagement Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred What could set you apart An ability to demonstrate successful performance of our Success Profile skills, including: Analytical Thinking

Project Management

• Under minimal guidance, partner to oversee development schedules as well as manage the quality of deliverables and ensure there is enough supporting documentation

• Understands Equifax's quality standards, shares knowledge with others; Supports quality improvement efforts and quality control efforts of the business, pulling in appropriate stakeholders where needed.

Systems Thinking

• Support agile planning cadences (e.g. sprint planning, etc.); Support with the development of the delivery plan (timelines, resources, etc.); Support development of the workforce plan and with capacity planning
