Job description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Pursuing continuous improvements in cost, lead time, quality, commercial terms and logistics costs. Develop and implement sourcing strategies focused on cost reduction, supply base optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all commercial terms, technical specifications, and payment conditions are accurately documented to support efficient procurement activities.

Proactively monitor purchase orders to ensure supplier on time deliveries are met and materials and services are available on time for the indirect material (IDM) warehouse and other departments. Maintain and control procurement systems to ensure compliance with KPIs and Service Level goals (SLs).

For This Role, You Will Need

4 years or more of work experience preferable as an equipment, machinery, and inputs buyer.

Education

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, International Business or Engineering.

English

Fluid English (B2). Ability to travel including internationally (USA-VISA).

Preferred Qualifications

That Set You Apart: Outstanding Knowledge in MRO parameters. Indirect warehouse & Inventory experience Oracle Software (desirable) Working with global staff.
