109786 Time Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Monitor, coordinate, and manage import and export seafreight shipments from booking to delivery/completion. Arrange bookings with carriers, co-loaders, and coordinate with DSV origin/destination offices and agents. Ensure timely dispatch of shipment documents, pre-alerts, and operational updates. Receive, verify, and send documents to customers and brokers as required. Open, manage, and finalize job files in accordance with SOPs and operational timelines.

Secure cost acceptance from overseas agents/vendors and ensure timely and accurate billing to clients. Execute House Bill of Lading (HBL) in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents (export). Prepare and submit manifests electronically to the Bureau of Customs or master consolidator (import). Prepare release documents for brokers such as Delivery Order (DO), Container Guarantee, Authorization, etc. Ensure original documents are properly surrendered and charges settled before releasing endorsed documents.

Provide complete and accurate documentation packages to customers and relevant stakeholders. Perform proper file archiving and document control. Ensure all mandatory data fields and shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in CW1. Upload manifests, released documents, and other required files into CW1. Maintain high data integrity and ensure compliance with DSV’s global data quality standards. Conduct weekly file checks and ensure all jobs comply with internal and external requirements.

Respond effectively and professionally to emails, inquiries, and operational concerns from DSV offices, clients, carriers, and brokers. Understand customer requirements regarding information flow, transportation, warehousing, and logistics. Handle customer service tasks related to coordination, document handling, and status updates. Provide internal and external reports as required. Ensure compliance with customs requirements, document processing standards, and shipment visibility procedures.

Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers where applicable. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of e‑manifest transmission, document releases, and shipment milestones. Support billing processes by ensuring documents are complete, charges are correct, and job files are ready for timely invoice dispatch.

Qualifications

Graduate of at least a 4‑year bachelor's degree. Minimum 1 year of relevant operational experience in seafreight forwarding. Preferably with experience in a multinational freight forwarding company. Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements across transportation, warehousing, and logistics. Proficient in using CW1 and MS Office applications. Knowledge of local customs regulations and documentation requirements.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
