Key Responsibilities

Develop and support system integrations between internal and external applications. Manage and maintain EDI and API integrations with customers and business partners. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve business processes. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and business insights. Work closely with business users, customers, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in system integration, EDI, API, or automation projects . Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Experience developing dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in logistics, supply chain, WMS, TMS, or SAP environments is an added advantage.
