Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, storage, and value-added services. Ensure operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and inventory accuracy targets are achieved. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to drive high performance and employee engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Monitor operational costs, resource utilization, and manpower planning. Ensure compliance with DHL policies, HSSE standards, and regulatory requirements. Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and KPI-driven performance management. Experience managing customer-facing operations within a 3PL or logistics environment is preferred.

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and customers in a multilingual environment is an added advantage. Willing to be based at Shah Alam.
