Vendor Management and Pricing Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with transport vendors and carriers
• Drive vendor performance through structured governance, KPI management, and performance reviews
• Lead contract negotiations and support sourcing activities to optimise cost and service outcomes
• Partner closely with Operations, Transport, Procurement, Finance, and Customers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor transport capacity and identify opportunities to strengthen network resilience
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
• Drive compliance with safety, legal, sustainability, and DHL operational standards
• Analyse transport performance data and provide actionable business insights
• Lead vendor escalation management and resolution of service issues
• Identify innovative solutions and best practices that support our growth ambitions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline Minimum 8 years' proven experience in transportation, logistics, vendor management, carrier management, procurement, or supply chain operations Minimum
• 5 years experience managing external partners and service providers in Malaysia Minimum
• 5 years of experience in tender and bidding management in transport operations for Malaysia
