Responsibilities

1. Technical Support Receive, verify, and inspect machines against work orders, picking lists, and serial numbers. Unpack machines and prepare them for setup and configuration. Install consumables, load paper trays, and prepare standard accessories. Prepare and attach required documentation, labels, checklists, and license documents. Configure machines, activate software licenses, and perform firmware upgrades. Conduct functional testing, print quality checks, and system configuration tests.

Clean and repack completed machines using the original packaging materials. Maintain workstation cleanliness and comply with workplace safety and quality standards. 2. Warehouse Support Deliver and stage 10 machines per cycle at the designated CAP workshop area. Complete machine delivery and staging within 45 minutes at the start of each cycle. Return to the workshop once the batch is ready for collection. Repack and strap completed machines securely for transportation.

Collect and return completed machines to the warehouse or outbound staging area within the required timeframe. Handle machines carefully to prevent damage during movement, stacking, and transportation. Maintain an organized staging area and coordinate with workshop technicians on batch readiness and collection schedules.

Requirements

Fresh after SPM SPM with 23 years’ experience Able to read and write English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to use good judgment in making decisions, Fundamental working knowledge of statistics
• Must be flexible and able to work effectively within organization with little or no direct supervision.

Must be able to interface successfully with various personalities, cultures and work environments. Has technical background Able to handle and maintain MHE (where required)
