Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Implementing and monitoring LCAG handling processes Overseeing and inspecting GHA service performance in line with contracts and SLAs Holding regular performance review meetings with GHA and driving quality improvements Acting as the main contact for GHA, especially in cases of irregularities or escalations

Ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures Coaching and developing GHA staff to meet LCAG standards Supervising and supporting LCAG staff, including providing performance feedback and managing resource planning Monitoring and reporting deviations from agreed standards, ensuring corrective actions are taken Preparing schedules, managing staffing needs, and authorizing overtime when necessary

Providing regular updates to local management and contributing to process improvements Requirements The ideal Cargo Handling Supervisor should meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, airfreight handling, and/or operations Fluency in both Dutch and English

• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
