Environment, Health and Safety Expert - Temporary replacement

Tasks

• Maintain the integrated management system (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018)
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and Lufthansa Technik corporate requirements
• Perform internal and manage the external EHS audits and checks
• Develop and provide EHS trainings
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure EHS requirements are met
• Analyze work processes, materials, equipment and work habits considering EHS requirements
• Record, investigate and follow up all accidents, incidents, near misses ensuring they are handled in EHS compliance
• Organize and coordinate various operational activities regarding EHS aspects
• Support the smooth organization and data processing of waste management practices, participate in and support the corporate projects related to EHS improvement practices Requirements University degree in the field of environmental protection, industrial safety or economic studies Familiarization with the EHS legal requirements and regulations
• Knowledge on the EHS management systems and international standards including ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, (internal auditor certifications are an advantage) Relevant professional experience – 3 years Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills Good analytical skills and attention to detail, MS Office knowledge Willingness to learn and curiosity to new knowledge fields Good level of English Applicants must have the unrestricted legal right to work in Bulgaria at the time of application.
