DMS Specialist - Operations

How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The DMS Operation Specialist will help provide oversight & coordinate inventory analytics and projects. Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performextensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports.
• Provideoversight and guidance to inventory projects
• Maintainingand improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventorystatistics
• Creatingand maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managinginventory.
• ProvideSAP Training to support teams, and provide assistance with transactions
• TroubleshootSAP errors and perform system transactions. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, andpersonal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in theUnited States.
• Minimumof 3-5 years relevant professional working experience
• Bachelor’sdegree preferred in Materials Management, Inventory Management, Supply ChainManagement, or related field
• Goodcomputer skills.
• Experiencewith databases and spreadsheets.
• Excellentattention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal & written.
• Priorexperience with MS Office , SAP, or other ERP knowledge.
• Stronganalytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
