We also work closely with Sales and Global Services colleagues to develop strategic account growth plans, and to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

Essential Requirements

8+ years of related experience Design and delivery of advanced technical services. Automation, monitoring, and performance tuning skills. Incident response and problem management experience. Strong communication with stakeholders. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AWS/Azure Associate/Professional; VMware VCP/VCAP; Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.
