Taking our technical skills to customer sites, we’re responsible for everything from installation, configuration, and integration, through to maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.

Customers see us as a trusted liaison who can understand their precise needs on a host of admin and technical matters. We also work closely with our designers, solution managers, and sales specialists to provide solutions.

As a Senior Engineer, you will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs that make complex solutions reliable and easy to operate. You’ll follow established SOPs and templates to ensure consistency and safety. You will partner with customers and product teams to validate accuracy before handoff. Responsibilities

You will: Install, configure, and test systems; document results. Apply troubleshooting methods, diagnostics, and parts replacement. Prepare reports for decision reviews; archive case artifacts in the repository. Participate in technical reviews and incorporate feedback.

Essential Requirements

5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience Strong proficiency in field service practices; working knowledge of networking/OS/hardware. Understanding of safety procedures and ESD standards. Excellent attention to detail and case hygiene (naming, links, formats). Effective collaboration and communication across partners. Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.

OEM product certifications; CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent.
