As a Global Partnership Intern, you will be part of the Global Retail Team that despite our rapid growth, still embodies the spirit of a small startup within Glovo.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:

• Implement and standardize processes, playbooks, guidelines to help local teams in more than 20 countries to grow the business
• Handle tracking and reporting of performance metrics
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Work on cross-department projects, coordinate activites and tasks with tech, operations, finance and product teams
• Develop the Top Accounts business step by step, being part of multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker
• Coordinate with the different regions/countries in order to understand key insights about local markets Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

Qualifications

You are: Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary Strong analytical skills are a must Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to complex issues) You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented. You are obsessed with making things happen! Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multitask and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication skills An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
