Business Function Institutional Banking Group provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of middle market and institutional banking clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services Actively prospect and acquire high-growth companies and key players within the diversified industries in Taiwan
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the bank's presence and market share in the target industries and segments
• Collaborate with the Institutional Banking Group to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's strategic initiatives within the assigned market segment
• Ensure effective risk management and compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements
• Represent the bank in industry events, client meetings, and other stakeholder engagements Requirement

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
