Responsibilities

Acquire new-to-bank customers and drive the growth of the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio. Manage and deepen relationships with retail banking customers by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions. Promote and cross-sell a comprehensive range of consumer banking products and services. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) standards during customer onboarding and transactions. Participate actively in branch sales campaigns, roadshows, and marketing events to generate leads.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset. Goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting performance targets. Good understanding of retail banking products, financial market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
