Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of consumer banking customers by providing personalized financial updates and solutions. Acquire new-to-bank customers through active prospecting, referrals, and participation in branch marketing events. Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable wealth management, deposit, and insurance products. Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal branch teams and product specialists to maximize cross-selling opportunities. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, operational risk procedures, and bank policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service within the banking or financial services industry. Sound knowledge of consumer banking products, financial advisory processes, and market trends. Relevant regulatory certifications in wealth management and insurance are highly preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
